Consular Visas

Brazilian citizens are exempt from a visa for tourism, business, and transit, for stays up to 90 days, under a reciprocity agreement (effective since September 2023). For stays exceeding 90 days or for activities related to work, study, residence, or research, it is necessary to apply for the appropriate visa at the Embassy or Consulates of Japan.
